How we work
We handle the whole project, not just the development.
We start by defining what the business needs to achieve, then move on to features. We work with key stakeholders to understand the current process, constraints, and business context, and define the problem the software needs to solve.
Once we understand the problem and the process, we design the workflows, interfaces, and architecture and define a clear development plan. When it helps, we build a prototype before moving into full implementation.
Our team leads development and handles day-to-day technical decisions independently. You get regular updates and can review and test the product as it takes shape.
We take the solution all the way to production. You can take full ownership of the code and continue development in-house, or keep NekaSoft involved for support and further development.
You provide the business context. We take responsibility for turning it into working software.
