What we collect
Account data: the email address you register with and your password (stored only as a secure hash).
Habit data: the habits you create, their schedules, completion history, streaks, and related settings you enter in the app.
Push notification token: a device identifier issued by Apple/Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so the app can send you the reminders you set up.
Diagnostics: anonymised crash reports and basic device information (model, OS version) collected via Firebase Crashlytics when the app crashes.
Why we use it
To provide the core service: keep your account, store and sync your habits, and send the reminder notifications you schedule.
To keep the app stable: crash reports help us find and fix bugs.
We do not sell your data, do not show ads, and do not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Who processes it
Our backend is hosted on Railway. Push notifications and crash reporting use Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging and Crashlytics). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated data in the app, or request deletion by emailing nekasoft.office@gmail.com, and we will remove it within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
